We cover shipping both ways if an exchange is needed!

• All returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original condition (HANG TAGS / BAGGING INCLUDED) with original or re-printed receipt / packing slip included.

• Shoes being returned/exchanged must be sent back in the original undamaged shoe box including wrapping paper, cardboard inserts, and hang tags. They must be free of any scuffs or dirt.

• ALL OUTLET SALE or FINAL SALE  ITEMS ARE FINAL-SALE. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS for  Outlet or Final sale items. EXCHANGES ONLY for same items (while supplies last) or gift card if equal value . 

• WE DO NOT REIMBURSE SHIPPING COSTS.

• WE ONLY PROCESS ORDERS MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

• All exchanges that are accepted will be sent store credit or product exchange,  (If you have contacted Customer Support within 15 DAYS FROM DELIVERY DATE)

• When filling out your request, please note why you are returning/exchanging the item and attach any photo documentation you have if need be. 

• Please allow up to 5 business days for a return to be processed once it arrives at our facility, you will receive an email when the exchange is processed.

• International customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility. Please reach out to our customer service team to initiate an international return or exchange.
