FULL REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT / EXCHANGES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IF CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS CONTACTED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE (Holiday extension)

• All returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original condition (HANG TAGS / BAGGING INCLUDED) with original or re-printed receipt / packing slip included.

• Shoes being returned/exchanged must be sent back in the original undamaged shoe box including wrapping paper, cardboard inserts, and hang tags. They must be free of any scuffs or dirt.

• ALL OUTLET SALE or FINAL SALE  ITEMS ARE FINAL-SALE. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS for sale items. EXCHANGES ONLY for same items (while supplies last) or gift card if equal value . 

• WE DO NOT REIMBURSE SHIPPING COSTS.

• WE ONLY PROCESS ORDERS MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

• All returns or exchanges that are accepted will be sent store credit, product exchange, OR refund to original form of payment. (If you have contacted Customer Support within 15 DAYS FROM DELIVERY DATE)

• When filling out your request, please note why you are returning/exchanging the item and attach any photo documentation you have if need be. 

• Please allow up to 5 business days for a return to be processed once it arrives at our facility, you will receive an email when the exchange is processed.

• International customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility. Please reach out to our customer service team to initiate an international return or exchange.
