• Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags still attached. 
• We recommend trying shoes on inside to keep their original condition. Shoe boxes are an important part of the Product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes and extra laces / insoles .
• Products purchased in-store must be returned in-store. Products purchased online must be returned through our website. 

Returns / refunds will be issued within 8- 10  business days .  We do our best to make the process as easy as possible for you.

Outlet items are final sale and only eligible for store credit.
